NOTE: If you are close to age 18, everything up to and including the date of your Scoutmaster Conference must be dated BEFORE your 18th birthday! There is no slack on this one. |
Life rank date must match other side. Date of completed project must match date in your project workbook. Record date of Scoutmaster Conference on #6. Sign yourself, and have your unit leader sign. Next the Committee Chair signs. If these dates are out of order, the application will not be accepted. Your entire Eagle packet (workbook, application, pictures, etc) must be taken to the Scout Office for their certification. They check the application, each date of rank, and each merit badge date. If the dates are wrong or you are missing information, you may have to resubmit the application. If you come before the Eagle Board of Review without this Council signature, the board does not happen -- no exceptions. |
